WINTER WORK THAT PAYS
OFF IN SPRING.
Stay sharp this winter with professional training in hitting, pitching, defense, and catching. Led by former collegiate and professional players, our winter camps deliver high-repetition skill work in small groups—keeping athletes progressing while school’s out. Choose comprehensive all-position development or intensive catching specialization, both with individual feedback from professional instructors throughout.
THE CAMP EXPERIENCE
Two ways to play:
Both Winter Camps deliver professional instruction in small group settings with Mariners Training Center instructors. The difference is focus: All Skills covers every position with comprehensive training across hitting, pitching, and defense, while Catching Camp dedicates all training time to position-specific development behind the plate. Both run three days with progressive instruction—each day building on the previous session’s work.

Train Smarter.
Recover Better.
Play Stronger.
The off-season is where athletes make their biggest gains, and MTC programming is built to support that growth. Our training model blends focused skill development with structured rest and recovery as a core part of the program, giving athletes exactly what they need to stay healthy and keep progressing.
When athletes choose MTC, they’re getting more than workouts. They’re stepping into a complete off-season plan that builds strong habits, protects their bodies, and gives them the strength and resilience to push themselves and handle the full grind of the season without sacrificing their health.
STAY COMPETITIVELY SHARP
While others take winter off, camp athletes maintain competitive intensity through drills, game situations, and peer competition—entering spring season with the edge that comes from never stepping away.
PROGRESSIVE INSTRUCTION
Training progresses from foundational work through technical refinement to game application. Multi-day camps build this progression across sessions, while single-day camps deliver focused skill development in an intensive format.
SKILL & AGE APPROPRIATE
Professional instructors adapt training to each athlete’s current ability level. Advanced players are challenged, developing players receive foundational work—everyone trains at the right level.
TAUGHT BY THOSE WHO’VE LIVED IT
Every instructor brings experience from collegiate or professional baseball. Athletes learn from former players who’ve made it to the highest levels and understand the journey ahead.
